Gail Testa, PH.D. - Mind/Body Therapist

As a Holistic Therapist I strive to help my clients by considering the whole person. It is my desire to understand the total needs of my clients and to work with them to improve their health through natural methods.

I have a Ph.D. in Natural Health and  I am a certified chakra therapist, certified by Sacred Centers , the organization started by Dr. Anodea Judith (Wheels of Life/Eastern Body Western Mind).  I am also a Bach Flower Essence Practitioner, a certified reflexologist (certified by the International Institute of Reflexology), hypnotherapist (certified by the American Board of Hypnotherapy), yoga therapist (Kripalu Center) and Reiki Master, and integrate these and other techniques into my practice. 

For approximately 20 years prior to starting my private practice in 1997, I provided training and counseling to individuals in corporations across the United States
